申請(qǐng)美國(guó)大學(xué)成績(jī)單認(rèn)證早知道！

 何為成績(jī)單認(rèn)證?

無(wú)論是申請(qǐng)美國(guó)大學(xué)本科或者研究生的學(xué)習(xí)，目前越來(lái)越多的大學(xué)除了要求申請(qǐng)者提交成績(jī)單原件之外，還需要申請(qǐng)者在申請(qǐng)期間或者錄取后在指定的機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行成績(jī)單認(rèn)證。認(rèn)證的內(nèi)容包括與美國(guó)大學(xué)評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的對(duì)接，根據(jù)美國(guó)大學(xué)通用準(zhǔn)則換算GPA等。這樣很大程度上會(huì)方便美國(guó)校方對(duì)于申請(qǐng)學(xué)生成績(jī)單的審理。一般情況下大學(xué)會(huì)讓學(xué)生在“NACES” (http://www.NACES.org)任意選擇一家機(jī)構(gòu)，也有很多學(xué)校會(huì)指定某個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)。對(duì)于中國(guó)學(xué)生最常用到的認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)如WES,ECE等。

如何確認(rèn)所申請(qǐng)的大學(xué)是否需要成績(jī)單認(rèn)證?

一般情況下大學(xué)會(huì)在錄取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)上直接說(shuō)明。以德雷塞爾大學(xué)(Drexel University)部分專業(yè)的本科生申請(qǐng)與東北大學(xué)(Northeastern University)商學(xué)院的研究生申請(qǐng)要求為例：

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Graduate School of Business Administration ● Graduate School of Professional Accounting

TRANSCRIPTS. Complete an entry for each institution attended after secondary school. Your first entry should be the institution from which you earned your bachelor's degree (or equivalent).

International Students: Please upload an official copy of your transcript below. Any admitted international candidates will be required to submit a certified translation and evaluation of their transcript and diploma along with U.S. grade equivalencies for each course. Two commonly used evaluation and translation agencies are World Educational Services (www.wes.org) and Center for Educational Documentation (www.cedevaluations.com). The certification and translation process can take up to two months and costs approximately $200.

Nursing ACE and Radiologic Technology applicants who have coursework from an institution outside of the United States — except Study Abroad — must have their transcripts evaluated by one of these agencies:?

• World Education Services (WES)?

• International Consultants of Delaware?

• Educational Credential Evaluators

如果大家看到和以上類似的信息就說(shuō)明學(xué)校需要申請(qǐng)者做成績(jī)單的認(rèn)證。一般商學(xué)院研究生的申請(qǐng)需要學(xué)生做成績(jī)單認(rèn)證的情況比較多。本科生申請(qǐng)以本科轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)申請(qǐng)為多。另外就是申請(qǐng)MPH的同學(xué)會(huì)被要求做SOPHAS的認(rèn)證。

由于有些認(rèn)證需要先在中國(guó)教育認(rèn)證，這樣整套認(rèn)證下來(lái)至少需要8周左右。建議學(xué)生如果申請(qǐng)的大學(xué)有需要認(rèn)證的一定要早做準(zhǔn)備，以免因?yàn)檎J(rèn)證沒(méi)有及時(shí)送到而耽誤了申請(qǐng)。
