 美國大學(xué)房地產(chǎn)專業(yè)學(xué)制：

 

美國大學(xué)的房地產(chǎn)專業(yè)有一年制和兩年制兩種：一年制的專業(yè)主要針對有同行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的申請人;兩年制的課程主要針對的是沒有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或者沒有同行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的申請人。

 

按照學(xué)位的不同，一般可以分為MBA的方向下的房地產(chǎn)專業(yè)和MS in Real Estate, MBA方向是結(jié)合了房地產(chǎn)專業(yè)知識(shí)和相關(guān)企業(yè)管理知識(shí)，適合將來想從事管理類工作的申請人;MS in Real Estate 更專注于專業(yè)知識(shí)，例如房地產(chǎn)管理，房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)，房地產(chǎn)金融等，適合想要做專業(yè)從事人員的申請人。

 

美國大學(xué)房地產(chǎn)專業(yè)課程設(shè)置：

 

院系設(shè)置方面，房地產(chǎn)管理類一般會(huì)設(shè)在商學(xué)院;房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)多數(shù)會(huì)設(shè)在建筑學(xué)院，還有一些學(xué)校房地產(chǎn)專業(yè)相對多一些繁雜一些，也可以獨(dú)立開設(shè)自己的學(xué)院。

 

從課程上來看房地產(chǎn)是一門大綜合的學(xué)科，會(huì)計(jì)，金融，市場，法律，建筑，工程等等課程都有所涉及。這樣一來對于申請人的一個(gè)綜合背景要求就會(huì)相對較高，很多內(nèi)容都需要在實(shí)踐中才能夠有所涉及。中國國內(nèi)開設(shè)房地產(chǎn)專業(yè)本科的院校并不多，該專業(yè)的碩士申請熱度不高也有一定程度上是由于申請人數(shù)量不多，能夠相對對口的申請人較少。

美國房地產(chǎn)專業(yè)錄取要求：

 

需要大學(xué)本科或者以上學(xué)位，相關(guān)的專業(yè)背景(不一定非要本專業(yè))，TOEFL/IELTS當(dāng)然是必備的(建議申請者提供TOEFL80以 上，IELTS6.5以上的成績)，還有GMAT或GRE (視本專業(yè)所屬學(xué)院而定，如果在管理學(xué)院通常要GMAT，如果在土地、建筑或城市計(jì)劃學(xué)院通常要 GRE，而大多數(shù)情況下學(xué)校可以接受兩種考試) 對于GPA，一般要求在3.0以上。

 

美國哪些大學(xué)開設(shè)房地產(chǎn)專業(yè)?

 

美國開設(shè)房地產(chǎn)專業(yè)的院校很少，并不像其他商科專業(yè)那樣能夠在選校上選出梯度。國內(nèi)申請人大多為應(yīng)屆生，美國房地產(chǎn)牛校例如：麻省理工學(xué)院、哥倫比亞大學(xué)、康奈爾大學(xué)等都要求有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，一般是要求3到5年的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
