美國醫(yī)學院評價體系簡介：
畢業(yè)生的質量關系到醫(yī)學院的名譽和發(fā)展, 培養(yǎng)出高質量的醫(yī)學生是醫(yī)學院奮斗的主要目標。所以,美國各醫(yī)學院不斷進行教學改革, 積極尋找新的教學思路和方法, 有專人進行教學效果和教學質量的研究與評價。為了較好地評價畢業(yè)生的質量, 美國醫(yī)學院探討了許多評價方法。
一、教師對學生評價: 教師通過考試、與學生交流、觀察學生的操作能力對學生進行評價, 此法是比較傳統(tǒng)的評價方法。
二、學生彼此之間打分, 相互評價。這是某些醫(yī)學院比較推崇的方式。他們認為學生彼此評價更能準確、客觀地代表學生的能力水平, 并起到一個學生之間相互促進、相互學習的作用。三、一次性通過全美醫(yī)師資格考試比率,也是各學校之間評比的主要方式。
四、隨機抽取畢業(yè)生調查, 通過用人部門對畢業(yè)生水平和能力的反饋, 評價學校的教育水平和質量。通過以上手段, 學校分析尋找教學活動中的不足, 進一步加強教學改革, 提高人才培養(yǎng)質量。
無論何種評價方式, 均體現出一個意義: 以學生為中心。
